I haven’t read any of them yet, so I can’t recommend any, but I can send you a selection of links for you to review.
I was shocked at the number of resources for survivors without hands-on therapy clinics in their country, city, or state!
Some of them are in spiral-bound formats (for those of us who are currently one-handed!); some offer a Kindle version, and all are in paperback.
